2. Account Responsibilities and Security

2.3 No Account Transfers

PH67 accounts are strictly non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, or lend your account to another person. Doing so violates these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate closure of the account and forfeiture of all balances.

Keep your registered mobile number and email address up to date. Important account notifications — including transaction alerts and verification codes — are sent to these contact points. PH67 cannot be held responsible for missed communications if your contact details are outdated.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

7. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

PH67 strives to keep the platform running smoothly 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• PH67 shall not be liable for any technical errors, system outages, or delays that result in bets being accepted or settled differently than intended — provided such issues are resolved fairly upon discovery.
• PH67 is not responsible for losses incurred due to a player's failure to log out of a shared device or to protect their account credentials.
• PH67's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Prior to any final termination decision, PH67 will make reasonable efforts to investigate the matter and may request the player's explanation.

You also have the right to close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please ensure all pending withdrawals are completed before closing. Any real-money balance remaining after closure (excluding bonus funds not yet wagered to the required threshold) will be refunded to your registered payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

11. Amendments to These Terms

PH67 may revise these Terms and Conditions periodically to reflect changes in law, platform features, or business operations. We will notify registered players of significant changes via email or in-platform notice. The date of the most recent revision is always shown at the top of this page.
